With about 4 weeks to go until I join him, this time has made me appreciate how nice it was to have an accountability partner (he’s home for the weekend and I’m super happy to have him back)! Super Mocha Icy Pops Recipe

Ingredients: ½ cup brewed cooled espresso, ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and 1½ scoops Chocolate Shakeology.
Preparation: Place espresso, almond milk, and Shakeology in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture evenly into four ice pop molds; freeze for at least 4 hours, or until set. For a kid-friendly version, omit coffee and increase almond milk to 1 cup. Enjoy!

Tomorrow is the last day to get #PiYo on #sale! I am 2 weeks in and love how great my body feels. It strengthens and stretches at the same time and it’s not all #yoga (it’s just this is the only video I had, lol)! You will sweat! ;) I hadn’t done a headstand in weeks and I tried one the other night and could hold it for over a minute without touching the wall! HUGE improvement. I can feel my #core getting #stronger. Love it!! Let me know if you’re interested in some more details :)
