"The only time you should ever look back is to see how far you’ve come." This is probably 3 or 4 years ago. I’m laughing at my husband’s reaction to finding me like this. I remember working through pain daily… Sometimes having to take breaks and just lay on the floor or ice my back or tie a heating pad around myself like I did here. I would even take breaks to just cry. It was awful. Sitting at my desk today with no pain has made me reflect and enjoy this moment. #tbt #gratitude #thankful

I found this quote a while back and it’s so true and applies to the rest of your fitness as well. A pose I used to really struggle with was the one pictured: #bowpose. I still don’t like it. Why? I used to have a lot of lower back pain and it hurt! I also really struggle with pull-ups. Why? I’m terrible at them, LOL. My point is work on your #weaknesses. Don’t avoid them. By strengthening those things, your overall #fitness will improve as well :)

What’s everyone having for lunch? I had 2 eggs over a toasted sourdough english muffin. Topped with a little mozzarella cheese and avocado and a side of sautéed veggies on the side (onion, peppers, and kale). And of course hot sauce because I put that yumminess on EVERYTHING! ;) #healthylunch #yum
